As a commissioned work for ‘Connected Body and the Specific Places’ project, We were asked to design posters that respond to the characteristics of bus stops. We made posters consist of five English conjunctions (and, but, or, so, because) with the colors used in Seoul Bus information system. In many cases, a bus stop plays the role of a place that connects one bus stop to another stop as well as one place to another place. It is similar to a conjunction, which connects one word to another word as well as one phrase/sentence to another phrase/sentence. The series of the posters were installed on bus stop billboards in Seoul, and the combined version has exhibited at Graphic Design Festival Scotland.
